Happy about the upgrade, but there’s a major problem with messages—when chatting with someone, messages will appear in the wrong chat at first, so it looks like someone says something but it was actually someone else. So it is causing a lot of awkwardness. This is a major bug.It would also be helpful if there was a way to send feedback about the app somewhere within the app. The reviews would probably improve in the app store here, as this is the only place it’s possible to give feedback, so people who are having issues are leaving bad reviews because that’s the only way to give feedback.

Unfortunately the app won’t let me upload pics from my phone even after I give permission to access my albums… I tried contacting customer service at least on 2 separate occasions and have not heard back. Im only able to load pics I take in the moment. Otherwise the app looks good but wish I could access the pics I want to share.

Received the “re-done” app today and have to say there is much room for improvement. For starters the distance measurement should be able to be chosen by the user. The city the user lives in doesn’t show up at first glance, like it used to. Favorited profiles only show the first three and should show all to the user that favorited them. Private pics are now hidden from the user that they belong to, so the user can’t decide if they should be removed or not. Lots of changes need to happen without forcing the user to become a premium member.

Enjoyed the site and decided to subscribe in October 2021. New app came and have been unable to login to my account since. Can’t reset my password because My account doesn’t exist. Even tried to create a new account using same email address but won’t let me because there is already an account using that email.Multiple attempts to communicate return a canned reply. Have canceled subscription but hope they enjoy my 6+ months of money for no service. Too bad I had met some good guys here.
