A very sweet app tho. It’s the best I’ve seen but currently there is a little problem. After using my Japanese ID card for verification, it shows I should do video verification. Well, there shouldn’t be a need for video verification even after using my Japanese ID card to verify my identity. Please consider this. I will be glad if my opinion is utilized.

I get it, this app and pairs aren’t really for us foreigners. That was probably never the intent, hence why I also avoid them. However, if you did pay and you still can’t message people because “no gaijin” then just ask Apple to give you a refund, especially those in the US where 90% of the time, if you explain the reason for the refund, you will likely get it.

Is there any way to change the language to English

This app has good support and if you’re willing to know Japanese language you can get far here but you need a us passpoe as a American to use this site so if you don’t got that on top of Japanese language skills you will have hard time .
